Terms of Use for Zoom Services
Before you begin using our technology and Zoom services, please take a moment to carefully read and understand the following Terms of Use. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Content Responsibility:
Our technology in combination with Zoom provides a platform for communication and collaboration, including video conferencing, messaging, and other related services. Users are solely responsible for the content they transmit, share, or store using Zoom. We do not monitor or control the content transmitted through our platform, and as such, we are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any user-generated content.
Prohibited Content:
While using our technology and Zoom services, users must adhere to a code of conduct that prohibits the transmission or sharing of any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Users are expressly forbidden from using our platform to engage in any unlawful activities.
Legal Compliance:
Our technology and Zoom comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding content transmission and user behavior. Users are required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws when using Zoom services. Any user found in violation of these laws may be subject to legal action.
Not Responsible for User Content:
We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for the content transmitted or shared by users, hosts, or moderators through our platform. We are not liable for any harm, damages, or consequences arising from the use of content shared during Zoom sessions. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and discretion when participating in Zoom meetings or sharing information through our services.
Reporting Violations:
If you believe that any user is violating these Terms of Use or engaging in unlawful activities on our platform, please report the incident to us promptly. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including the suspension or termination of user accounts, in accordance with our policies.

Fee Sharing:
The fees for each Zoom session will be split between the host, moderator, and ViciNFT Corporation. The host will receive 90% of the fees. The moderator and ViciNFT Corporation will receive 5% of the fees each. If ViciNFT Corporation also serves as the moderator, 5% to the moderator will be paid to ViciNFT Corporation. WARNING: if the host violates any of the Terms of Use, the host forfeits all fees.

1. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Non-receipt of the NFT within the specified delivery period.
- Technical issues preventing access to the purchased NFT.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Joining late or delayed access to the content does not entitle the user to a refund.
3. Technical Issues:
- In the event of technical issues preventing access to the purchased NFT, customers must email our support team at support@vicinft.com within 24 hours of the issue occurrence to open a refund request. ViciNFT cannot issue refunds after 24 hours.
4. Refund Process:
- Our customer support team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within [number of days, e.g., 7 days].
5. Refund Time Limit:
- Refund requests related to technical issues must be initiated within 24 hours of the issue occurrence. ViciNFT Corporation cannot issue refunds after this time frame.
6. Changes to Refund Policy:
- ViciNFT Corporation reserves the right to update and modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Meeting Policy

Thank you for participating in ViciNFT’s Zoom meetings. To ensure a secure and productive environment, please review our meeting policy:
1. Recording Policy:
- All Meetings are Recorded: For your benefit and to enhance collaboration, all meetings conducted through ViciNFT’s Zoom platform will be recorded.
2. Security Measures:
- Recording, Transcription, and Monitoring: All meetings will be recorded, transcribed, and monitored for security purposes. This includes the audio and visual components of the meeting.
3. Privacy and Data Retention:
- Meeting Recordings: The recordings of meetings are considered private and will not be shared without proper authorization. They will be kept securely and deleted automatically after 72 hours.
- Transcription Storage: While meeting recordings are deleted after 72 hours, the transcriptions of the meetings will be retained for up to 1 year for reference and compliance purposes.
4. Consent:
- Participant Consent: By participating in ViciNFT’s Zoom meetings, you consent to the recording, transcription, and monitoring as outlined in this policy.
5. Exceptions:
- Legal and Compliance Obligations: In certain cases, meeting recordings and transcriptions may be retained for longer periods to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
6. Changes to Meeting Policy:
- Policy Updates: ViciNFT Corporation reserves the right to update and modify this meeting policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants and will be effective immediately.

1. Sanctioned Wallets:
- No Distribution to Sanctioned Wallets: ViciNFT Corporation will not distribute VCNT to any wallets listed on sanctioned lists imposed by regulatory authorities.
2. Suspicious Activity:
- Right to Withhold Payment: ViciNFT Corporation reserves the right to withhold payment to any wallets or entities involved in suspicious activity. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or any other activity deemed as a threat to the security of the transaction.
3. Payment Disbursement Timeframe:
- Standard Disbursement: Payments are typically dispersed within 24-72 hours after the conclusion of the event.
4. Communication of Payment Issues:
- Prompt Reporting: If there are any issues or discrepancies related to payments, clients or recipients are required to report them promptly to our support team at support@vicinft.com.
5. Refunds:
- Refund Requests: Refund requests will be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policy document for more details.
